Wors hip is one place to honour God for his greatness and blessings. It is an opportunity for p eople of all ages to be encouraged to learn about their own faith and the role of the church in our community and worldwide.
A few times in January we’ve touched on the changed life that Jesus invites people by his teachings and the power of the Holy Spirit. In February, we will read more about this new life as we study the first two sections of the Sermon on the Mount. On February 15th we get another glimpse of Jesus’ true nature in the transfiguration, and then we begin the season of lent by reading about Jesus’ temptation by the devil in the desert.
